Website Privacy Policy
Your privacy
Compassionate Cure respects your privacy. This policy explains how information submitted through this website is handled. It does not govern protected health information created during treatment, which is addressed separately in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information we collect. When a scheduling request feature is available, it will collect only the information needed to contact you about scheduling: your first and last name, email address, cell phone number, preferred contact method, and your consent to be contacted. The scheduling form does not request symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or other medical information through this website.
How we use it. We use the information you provide solely to respond to your request and to arrange scheduling and related communication. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers. Any third-party service we use to receive or process scheduling information is reviewed for appropriate privacy, security, and data-retention practices, and, where required, is engaged under a business associate agreement before it handles your information.
Not for emergencies. This website is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Compassionate Cure is committed to protecting the privacy of your health information. All patients receive our Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains how your protected health information may be used and disclosed and describes your rights, at the time of intake. A copy is available upon request.
